Big Mike came to us as a rescue who couldn’t find placement, and his future was uncertain. But the moment our team met him, we knew he was something special. With his gentle heart and brave spirit, he became the perfect candidate to join our blood donor program—and in 2023, we officially adopted him into our Westridge family.

Since then, Big Mike has donated blood 21 times, giving countless pets a second chance at life. In our area, where blood banks are so rare, his generosity truly makes the difference between heartbreak and healing.
