Dr. Lisa Morgan grew up in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. After graduating from Donna High School she attended Texas A&M University, and is a proud member of the Fighting Texas Aggies Class of 1993 (Whoop!).  While in veterinary school, she met her husband, Dr. Shane Morgan '92. They both graduated from veterinary school in 1996 and practiced together in Morristown, TN for a year before returning to Shane's hometown of Texarkana to start their family. Westridge Animal Hospital welcomed her to the team in 2013.  There have been many changes over the years, but the one thing that has not changed is her commitment to the health and wellbeing of all her patients and pet parents.  Her favorite aspect of practice is getting to take care of patients from puppy and kitten hood all the way through their senior years.  Dr. Morgan has two sons, J.T., Aggie Class ’20 and Cody, Aggie Class '25, and one daughter, Anna Claire , Aggie Class ’22.  Shane and Lisa have also  recently welcomed into the family son- in- law, Keller (who is an LSU grad- but who’s perfect?).  Now that the kids are grown, or almost grown, Shane and Lisa have enjoyed attending almost all Aggie home games, no matter if the team wins, ties, or runs out of time.  Gig ‘Em Aggies!
